We'll ship you a replacement device (same or newer model depending on availability). You'll also receive a pre-paid shipping label to send your damaged device back to us (must have a valid credit card on file in order to receive a replacement)
Return your damaged device within 30 days from reception (otherwise you will be charged the cost of the replacement).

I originally contacted them to get help transferring a warranty from my mother's account to mine for a gifted product. They emailed to say the transfer was completed but it wasn't showing up on my account. I had a total of ten active protection plans before they made the transfer. After speaking with a rep I got that one transferred and all the rest disappeared. I initially thought that somehow they transferred all of mine to my mom's account, but I was wrong.
It was all under some new email address. I had one rep tell me that I was using the wrong email to sign in. I was like I only have One email address! I finally spoke to a supervisor who assured me they could still see all my plans and would transfer them back. After that I was still missing four, all from Walmart. They got snooty with me and said my account was under investigation. I said I wasn't trying to make a claims against all the protection plans. I just wanted them on my account. After a lot of back and forth they wanted a hand written note with the date and time and pictures of the items on the protection plans and the receipts of each one. I now have my plans back. But based on the hassle I won't through I don't think I'll be buying plans from them again. I'm still wondering how coincidentally I ended up being "hacked" and and losing all my plans the exact same time I contacted them for support. Draw your own conclusion from that.
Now on the protection plan itself, I'm still going back and forth trying to get them to honor the warranty on the gifted item.
