Open University: free-of-charge studies for Ukraine citizens

The Open University is offering free-of-charge studies for Ukraine citizens. The studies may be taken for free during the school year 2023–2024. Course registration process must be completed by 31 July 2024.

The Open University offers individual courses in Business, Technology, Languages and Arts. Some courses require prior knowledge of the topic; any prerequisites are mentioned in the course description. Students are admitted to individual courses in the order of registration. Students are granted a course-specific study right and the right is only valid for a fixed period. 

All Open University courses are free-of-charge for Ukraine citizens. The studies may be taken for free during the school year 2023–2024. Course registration process must be completed by 31 July 2024. 

To register, follow the instructions below:

  • Contact the Open University office ([email protected]) during the registration period. Indicate in your email which course(s) you wish to take.
  • If there is still room in the course, the Open University will send you instructions about how to send a copy of your passport by encrypted email. When sending your passport copy, also indicate your telephone number and your email address.
  • When you are registered, you will receive a confirmation of it in your email.
