I Cry Alone | Jackie Lee | Decca F12068 |
I Cry Alone is a Bacharach and David composition. Jackie Lee reappeared in the Fab Forty two years later under the name of Emma Reade.
The Waikikis was a group of studio musicians hailing from a country rather more than a coconut's-throw away from Hawaii – Belgium! Hawaii Tattoo spent two months in the Belgian charts and was a huge hit in Germany, spending 37 weeks in the Top Ten. It also reached the Top Fifty in USA, Canada and the UK. |
