The hotel offered a savoury and delicious breakfast with good quality ingredients. The staff was extremely helpful and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge.

The unit we got was big size with bathroom, the bedroom, for instance. The location was magnificent, just a short walk away from Shakespeare's Birthplace.

We greatly enjoyed delicious breakfasts with good quality ingredients. The location was lovely, not far from main RSC theatre and lots of restaurants and near an award winning museum we wanted to see.  

The service was terrific. What's more, there was free parking available for guests on-site.

Overall it was well furnished with modern decor. This was an excellent location close to the centre of town as well as tourist attractions. Plus, Bancroft Gardens was not too far from the venue.

Clean and cozy room, helpful staff fixed electrical issue swiftly. Breakfast delicious despite dining room refurbishment. Great location for Swan Theatre visit, pre-theatre dinner superb. a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
