we loved the architecture of the hotel, the amazing view from the 32nd floor, and the convenience of being connected to a mall. the front desk staff was patient, and we enjoyed the amenities such as the pool and 

the location is fantastic, close to major attractions. Breakfast buffet was overpriced and disappointing, but overall, the hotel is clean and comfy with great city views and shopping options. I'll return! 🌆
