the room with the view of the fire escape was good value. booked the hotel for its good location very close to the bus into chester or even to liverpool and the restaurant at night.

Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The staff are friendly efficient and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location is comfortable and so excellent and the food is good. It's in a very nicely decorated building in the 

Wine bar, generous-sized and compact room with four poster bed, drinks, coffee.

The location marvellous and magnificent very close to the centre of town. Also - just off so many bars and excellent restaurants especially recommend Chez Jules as well as excellent restaurants.

The hotel was fairly clean with exceptionally kind and particularly pleasant staff especially the Manager. Appreciated our guest room with four poster bed👍

Altogether it was good value though. Residential location of this lovely family run hotel was a bonus. A shopping centre and the Christmas market were right next door.

There where comfortable beds and a lounge area, a storage, and many windows inside the room. We had a continental breakfast and liked the quality of the food.

I truly enjoyed fresh fruit and toast served for breakfast. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a storage and an iron. The location seemed marvellous on a slope.

The jewel in the crown was particularly pleasant and exceptionally nice staff. The breakfast was absolutely superb with locally sourced ingredients, and good value as opposed to other options.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, great food, pleasant views. We stayed in the small queen room which was new-fashioned. The location in a nice quiet area was magnificent and absolutely perfect and there were 

Enjoyed our place and would stay here again. Comfortable base for shopping, felt like home. This hotel was set in a central area not far from the centre and all other attractions and a short walk into 

The room is brand-new and airy, comes with bathroom window, s great breakfast, for example. The hotel offers so excellent and incredibly comfortable location close enough to centre of Chester, a raised platform, and the bus into Chester or even to Liverpool. 

The location was decent in walking distance to Chester's city center. The breakfast was freshly prepared and generous and had lots of options — fresh fruit and toast.

The restaurant was good for dinner here, I had amazing dishes.

A stunning location, I would stay here again. The breakfast was fresh, nice to have cereals, fruit, and toast.
