This was a such wonderful stay for a fabulous visit. Had a delicious breakfast, a newly decorated room with a nice view to the garden and race course. Good and fantastic location next to the golf course, met needs well. 

The room was pet-friendly and functional with a view over the racecourse. The hotel was in a stunning location, very close to The centre.

Everything was brand-new, would recomand!!

The hotel's location was pleasant and brilliant, near to the pub on three occasions in the evening, the golf course and the park and ride. I booked fabulous, spotless room with the garden, good shower and private 

Nicely presented place, it has efficient staff who butted in on a conversation between me and the manager. The location of the venue is unbeatable, very close to the park and ride car park, another pub for dinner and taxi. Also, it's located 

It has unbeatable and exceptionally nice location in Bath as it's right by the centre and Charlcombe Inn.

We liked delicious and enjoyable breakfasts and stunningly beautiful views!

The room we had included central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The breakfast was exceptionally good with freshly cooked good quality produce.

Brilliant location in a lovely area not far from restaurant as well as different hotels / pubs. A great selection of reasonably priced food.

View to the garden and race course was lovely, the room was stylish and functional. The location was stunning to the main pub.

Amazing restaurant, appetising food, people working here are super friendly. The rooms are recently renovated and functional here with special needs bathroom hard to operate, giant shower, fab view over the racecourse.

The place was fairly clean and nicely presented, had really accommodating staff who butted in on a conversation between me and the manager. The breakfast was exceptionally good with pancakes and toast, and the main bar was a plus.  

We were offered an exceptional service. The breakfast was enjoyable, large with good options for everyone. The hotel was in a magnificent location very close to the pub on three occasions in the evening, Right next to the racecourse for great views and
