Fairly clean accommodation, fabulously helpful staff on this shift. Well laid out room with private bathroom and all the necessary facilities, coffee/tea making equipment, and a sofa. Very central location, ideal base for discovering 

Had nice stay in September. The breakfast was traditional and plentiful and you could choose from fresh fruit, cereal, and omelette. The location was unbeatable close to everything, the staff were more than helpful. Also, the place was 

Pets stay free, spacious rooms for families and pets. Convenient kitchen for takeout. Great location near attractions, transportation, and stores. Complimentary happy hour with snacks and drinks.

Elevator wait times, crowded breakfast.

We had a really good stay in mid town.

The restaurant was wonderful for breakfast, we ordered light dishes. We had tea and coffee making facilities, refrigerators, and a stovetop. The location was convenient, it was in the middle of the town.  

my experience at element was incredible! the facilities, the cleaning of elevators and lobby. the rooms are very comfortable, each with a kitchen 100% equipped to cook or keep what you buy cold and fresh. the location 

The breakfast was complimentary and generous and with constant food; the staff was competent. I had recently renovated and functional room with a view of the Empire State, large bed, for instance.

Responsive and competent staff and truly exceptional accommodation. Nicely furnished and brand-new units with the worst floors. All in all amazing setting so close to times square, subways, and theatres. Excellent service everywhere.  

The hotel's breakfast spread was a nice surprise, with hot options available - quite a treat! The convenient kitchenettes in the rooms made life so easy, along with the handy laundromat on Floor C. The free happy hour 

The modern, minimalist decor and the well-equipped rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi made my short stay comfortable.

One minor inconvenience was the limited dining area for the number of guests, which could get crowded during peak times.

rooms⭐: the rooms were clean and spacious like a small apartment. Had fridge and microwave. Just some windows needed a wash, but overall cozy 🏨❤️

Its location was marvellous, in the event you are craving a hot chunky soup like we did, and in a great area. Everyone was charming and approachable. We greatly enjoyed the room and its industrial decor. 

The Element had a well-equipped kitchenette, great for staying in. Breakfast offered various options with daily hot dishes. Excellent WiFi and enjoyable happy hour with complimentary drinks and nibbles. Highly recommended.
