The hotel is in a fantastic location near the SAP Center for concerts, with a wonderful pool and incredibly comfortable bed in a clean and well-equipped room.

I liked comfortable room here.

The hotel was nice in general, had elegant staff that have n't learned hospitality at all.

The breakfast had a good variety, and the room was really spacious and big. the views of downtown were pretty nice, and the facilities were well-maintained. the location on the alley was just unbeatable with stunning surroundings.

The location was fantastic, situated next to the Fountain Restaurant and a second tower across a breezeway, and the room was well-equipped with a very comfortable bed.

Convenient location! It's just a short walk from an indoor arena 🏟️ and only 6 miles from the airport. the breakfast was amazing with plenty of delicious options for $26.

The delicious breakfast offered options for all tastes, including hash browns. The location in San Jose is stunning and magnificent, with easy access to various restaurants, cafes, and shops downtown. For a cup of tea or coffee, Bijan Bakery and Cafe nearby 

I greatly enjoyed my stay on a business trip last week. Booked a room with excellent views of downtown. - the breakfast was varied and delicious, with a wide array of food. - the location was favorable, not far from live music in the park and downtown. - Nearby 

The hotel had a very central location and it was quite close to a modern and contemporary art museum. I thoroughly enjoyed that the venue was 7 minutes drive from the airport.

Very central location adjacent to the fountain and the restaurant for breakfast which was decent value, it was in a very impressive area.

Greatly enjoyed the room, it was great with double beds.

The staff was very friendly as well as accomidating they were ready when they said they would and check in was fast and easy I lost my credit card and they accomidated me with great pleasure and considerate about my misfortune with my lost credit card 

I have stayed at the Fairmont six times. It is conveniently located near Santa Clara University -primary purpose of stays is to visit my son at SCU. The staff, particualrly the front door men and the bellmen are very cordial and helpful. Good value
