The place is luxury, we did not want to leave!

It's perfectly clean hotel with newly decorated rooms and affable staff.

Excellent service, good-sized rooms , spotlessly clean toilet, and the breakfast is absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Beatrice at the front desk who assisted with tours and restaurant suggestions. The

The breakfast, restaurant and bar area are pretty, and the rooms have a nice design and look.

The hotel was nice but it felt like the rooms needed some updating. They felt past their prime. The fact that you had to keep curtains closed for privacy was a bit disappointing as it blocked out all the light.

Great Stay at Avani!

The location was perfect, with easy access to the main areas but still peaceful. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were always willing to help.

One specific situation stood out for us. We had a minor issue with the shower leaking and not turning off, but the staff promptly resolved the problem within 20 minutes.

My must haves' are a fantastic, fashionable room with absolute attention, colonial, very up to date bathroom facilities.

The atmosphere in the hotel was wonderful. Good situated a the river and to the city Siem reap. Happy hour from 5pm -7 pm at the hotel bar!! Good breakfast with very good capucino. We liked the swimming pool.The staff was very friendly 

Great set-up with room towards the great swimming pool and not too many rooms. This allows you to relax in the hotel as being on beach holiday, while you have siem reap on walking distance and good 

Fresh food in the restaurant for breakfast. Fantastic rooms with a great decor, soft beds with down pillows.

Had a wonderful time at a beautifully renovated hotel with a charming and quiet location. The staff were exceptional, providing a mosquito diffuser in the room for a peaceful night's sleep. The room was spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful treats left for me each

The room was brand-new and well-organised with smoke detectors for my safety. Location: the hotel was just next door to the restaurant and Pub street and night markets. Actually everything was beautiful, my next choice again in Siem Reap.

Really enjoyed awesome and great breakfasts, and clean hotel.

The room was modern and beautifully designed, had huge personal bathroom. Lovely view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was marvellous and fab, next door to Wat Bo.

As friends who enjoy going out at nights, we loved the professional and helpful service from the staff. The saltwater pool was a great place to relax, and the adjoining restaurant served delicious food. The rooms were comfortable,
