We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable 4-star hotel. The location, just off the main square through a narrow tunnel, was perfect for exploring the town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout 

The location offered amazing views.The staff could not have been more helpful. We had pre booked some concert tickets they were ready for collection and a member of staff collected them for us without us asking! Nothing was too much trouble

Service at reception average.No internet in the rooms. Wifi only in the reception area and payable (3€ for 30 minutes!)

Tastefully decorated rooms complete with the outside terrace and a balcony, for example, amazingly friendly staff. It offers good, incredible location.

We had a truly magical stay at a traditional hotel with stunning views. Our spacious room had a large balcony that offered breathtaking views of the bay of Salerno. The hotel's location, just off the Piazza Duomo and overlooking the Villa Rufolo, was 

The ambience of Ravello itself rather than the hotel & its facilities

For a so called 4 star hotel this left a lot to be desired. The attitude of the staff was frankly surprising. In Italy one expects empathy and understanding. The reception staff could not have cared less. When we arrived we asked for an upgrade for asea view, they expected us to pay the full rack rate despite the fact that the place was half empty. around the pool no umbrellas were provided; there was no service. In order to obtain shade w were expected to sit under trees. On asking to see the manager to complain, we were told they didn't know where she was and in any case she was very busy...

The hotel is wonderful and perfectly clean, has MAGNIFICENT views across to Villa Rufolo gardens. Also, the location is amazing, minutes from a historical church. It's close to bars and restaurants too. 

Amazing view from our room, it was absolutely stunning! We could sit on the porch for hours and gaze at the beautiful water and mountains. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk from the main square. The room 

The hotel had a great location just outside of the town center's tunnel, offering stunning views of the mountains and the coast below. The room we had was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that provided breathtaking
