The place is ideal and has courteous staff. The room is neat and has pleasant views of Hyde Park. The food is brilliant with a good range of options, including coffee and porridge.

Quiet and distinctive rooms with practical bathrooms and amenities such as a coffeemaker, refrigerators, and glassware, plus a generous breakfast including apples, boiled eggs, and beans to start the day off right. 

The service here is friendly, and the food is outstanding.

Silent, airy rooms provided with towels in bathroom, balconies to the front overlooking the park, the shower.

The hotel has really good and very welcoming staff. Magnificent central location near Kensington Gardens, Underground Station, as well as Chelsea, bus, and train stations.- Sheila's Cafe, which is close to the hotel, is recommended for coffee and treats. 

Plenty of tasty food options available here. the rooms are spacious, sparkling new, and come with a nice shower and comfy bed. It's great that they provide lovely towels for guests. 🌟

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, right near bus stations, Lancaster Gate Underground Station, Hyde Park, and the tube station. All the dishes served were good.

Friendly staff that will greet you warmly and make you feel at home, although they can be a bit rigid sometimes. 🌟 The venue itself is quite beautiful and kept in a fairly tidy state.

Quaint and unique spot overall, the staff is skilled but seem a bit standoffish and protective at times. 🏨

This hotel was top quality with very good service. Incredible location close to the underground.The property was near Winter Wonderland, with a tube station and bus stop outside.
