Had very pleasant stay for your London vacation, the staff were EXTREMELY HELPFUL, location was magnificent close to transport. Location: the hotel was not far from subway station, exchange office in the area,

Peter, the staff there was very kind and helpful to help me brung my heavy baggage up and down stairs when he knew that I have hurt my back and was alone with my daughter. Also, the hotel room and 

No more than a hundred metres from paddington station, no need to mess with the luggage on the tube if you arrive to heathrow. This is all.

Room extremely small. I had read the comments before booking and thus knew that it would be small, but I thought I wouldn't really care how big it was, since we were only staying one night. Well, I was wrong. Our luggage didn't even fit in the room, in which you cannot move if you are not alone. The only way to open our baggage was to put it on the bed, but then of course, you have to get off the bed, but you cannot go anywhere. There is not enough room to open the bathroom door. Believe me, the dimensions of the room are highly depressive. In addition, the room itself was not very clean, though the cleanliness of the bathroom (which I am usually fussy about) was ok. All in all, this is not a good hotel and it is pretty much overpriced.
