Immaculate, huge room with sea-view, single beds and extra facilities!

Clean hotel with exceptionally good views, we think it's a fine base for staying in Blackpool. This property has super location right on the Promenade.

Clean hotel in an absolutely fantastic building so close to both piers, all the attractions and the conservatory. Helpful staff members, spotless and compact rooms with a fan as well as large en suite bathroom.

Fairly clean hotel in a really good building really close to Blackpool for nearly 30 years as well as The Central Pier and The Tower. The staff - exceptionally nice and pleasant. The rooms - compact, modern with sea-view and table as shown in pictures plus 

The room was reasonably spacious and huge, appreciated the service, it was excellent. Fantastic and good location in a spotlessly clean establishment, met what was needed.

Thanks to pleasant staff the atmosphere was family. I was happy, the family room I booked came with sea-view, bunk beds, as for instance. I was offered a delicious breakfast with more than ample portions.  

Comfortable bed, modern room and spotless, I really enjoyed it. The staff were really helpful and very caring and the breakfast was enjoyable! Perfect location for a long weekend, all was fab.

We were given a guest room on arrival, it was compact. The location was perfect and magnificent, near a tram stop, convenient to go everywhere. Overall the service was good. The most important was the staff - affable and amicable people.  

This hotel is in a prime location, close to all the attractions in Blackpool. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. The staff provided excellent service and nothing was too

Enjoyable breakfast, a wide array of options available. Marvellous and beautiful location for our visit to South Pier not very far from the hotel.

The location was great, for example, South Pier was not too far from the hotel. The morning breakfast was delicious and enjoyable with juices, good quality ingredients plus more than ample portions.
