It looks like that this extension was wrongly disabled here, this Wikipedia is neither having MediaWiki-Language-converter, nor using CJK characters (so this wiki isn't T36919-related), so I'm wondering that, is the developer who was disabled on that wiki considered it as "Serbian"? Isn't 'srnwiki' => false, a typo under wmgUseCollection of https://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/InitialiseSettings.php.txt ?
I also asked this issue locally, although no reply.
