Description

Currently, the field "Changes by user:" can only accept user names (and IPs). Unsure how hard it would be to add support for IP ranges.

It could be safe to use the ip_changes, designed to find revisions on Special:Contributions.

At the moment a ip cannot do log actions, so there is no need to support that. To find the log of blocks for ip ranges, it needs T187579 fixed first.
