Similarly to T349263 we need to create tables to generate the voter list for T358067: Run a vote for the membership of the U4C. This will follow the instructions on Wikitech and should be done closer to the vote itself (just in case additional wikis are created).
Just for the record I know that @Ladsgroup noted that this was not really sustainable over on Gerrit but it's the only way we can currently do this.
