This place is conveniently located near the Disney parks, and the hotel staff goes above and beyond with their service.

The location was marvelous, close to shopping and dining. the staff here was outstandingly accommodating and super friendly. - the room was huge, large and with a special touch. - Having a roll-in shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were a plus. 

our first time bringing dogs and the Sheraton made it easy! no extra charge, clean room, easy access for dogs, close to parks, dining. Helpful lady sold park tickets. Close to Disney Springs, friendly staff, fast check-in, 

The restaurant at this place offers delicious dishes for a good price, the view is amazing and the service is excellent!

I had an enjoyable 2-night stay. The hotel is conveniently located near all the attractions. It is close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, fast food restaurants, gift stores.

I stayed at Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort strictly for transit during my travel, and the convenience of being a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor® Hotel offering a daily shuttle to Disney's transportation center and Disney 

This place has a modern and unique vibe, with genuinely helpful staff and a great in-house restaurant for a reasonable price.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right by a great restaurant and very close to Disney Springs and Universal. I also appreciated that Stumpy's Hatchet House was just a short stroll away. The in-house restaurant was also fantastic. 

the rooms were huge and incredibly clean, honestly the cleanest i've ever seen! the service from all staff members was top-notch, making our stay so enjoyable. 😊 One downside was the outdated feel. 

The stunning location and helpful staff make this place a great choice, with a convenient in-house restaurant and Characters in Flight just 2 miles away.

Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort was convenient for Disney trips. Impressive pool and Zest restaurant. Front desk was exceptional. However, issues with parking fee, room cleanliness, and shuttle service detracted from the overall experience. 

I absolutely adored the cozy and welcoming decor of the hotel. The elegant lobby and charming general areas made me feel at ease, and the accessibility for senior people was excellent, with well-maintained ramps and spacious elevators. 

The building is very pleasant, located conveniently near shopping, Disney parks, and Lake Buena Vista.

The hotel is spacious, clean, and offers reasonably priced complimentary breakfast. It is conveniently located near various restaurants. The property is in close proximity to Disney resorts, Sheraton Buena Vista, and Disney Springs.
