World Beatles Day was founded in 2009 to celebrate John, Paul, George and Ringo first performing "All You Need Is Love" on British TV on this date in 1967. The band first performed in the U.S. at the Washington Coliseum in 1964,  according to NationalToday.com.

Be sure to watch the delightful edition of Paul McCarnety on Carpool Karaoke on "The Late Show with James Cordon." Cordon took Sir Paul down on a tour of his boyhood hoe in Liverpool, there beneath the blue suburban skies.
