In our 18th Annual Sustainability Report, we outline our Group's ongoing efforts to exemplify responsible tourism, from embracing ecologically-sensitive hotel design to fostering destination stewardship and uplifting local communities.   Last year, we took meaningful strides, which were translated into a 22% reduction in emissions intensity per occupied room, among others. We have released our 2023 annual report, which sheds light on our multi-brand transformation and diversified offerings.   Our global hospitality portfolio has grown to encompass 12 brands across 22 countries, with inaugural properties launched under the Folio and Angsana Heritage Collection brands. We have also entered into new destinations such as the United Arab Emirates, and increased our footprint by 16% in keycount from 2022 to 2023. We are delighted to unveil the Nature House at Banyan Tree Phuket, marking our Group’s landmark venture in wellbeing education.   Embodying a paradigm shift, the Nature House aims to empower guests to actively engage in their wellness journey through a variety of immersive spa and wellbeing courses tailored for different experience levels.   Nature House will also equip industry professionals with globally-recognised certifications from Thailand’s Ministry of Education and Ministry of Public Health in Asian massage techniques and herbal science.   Read more: https://lnkd.in/g-CMuANe
