🌟 Oslo Børs Joins the 10-Year Celebration of Euronext’s IPO! As we honour #ThePowerof10, following the exhilarating run in Lisbon just two weeks ago, our Oslo team eagerly laced up their running shoes to contribute to this global celebration. From the vibrant streets to the serene trails, our colleagues immersed themselves in the spirit of commemorating a decade of excellence, embarking on a thrilling run through the heart of Oslo. Joining hands with #Euronext offices around the globe, our run symbolises more than just a physical challenge – it embodies the spirit of innovation, collaboration, and growth that has defined Euronext's journey over the past decade. 🏃♂️🏃♀️ Together, we continue to shape the landscape of finance and inspire change in the years to come! 

On 13 May, Michael Hodgson, Chris Hamilton, Mike Bournes and Brian Browne will set off on our bikes from Euronext London's Canary Wharf office on the long journey to Amsterdam. The route takes in nearly 200 miles of cycling in total, with an overnight ferry crossing and a well-deserved evening out in Amsterdam before climbing back on the bikes and heading back to Hook of Holland for the journey home.   The aim of the trip is to raise money for Transform Children's Homes , #EuronextLondon's charity partner. TransformUK was started in 2016 out of the Shoreditch Tabernacle Church, and for the last six years have been providing programmes and services to support vulnerable people in East London, focusing on young people, families, women and girls. They have provided high social value help to more than 500 people who have experienced abuse, homelessness and exclusion. 📘 As part of our ongoing strategy to harmonise and simplify rules and processes across our markets, we are implementing updates to the Rulebooks on our Euronext Growth and Euronext Access Markets, effective from 2 May 2024.   With these changes, we are making it easier to list on our markets with clearer procedures, streamlined listing journeys, and a transparent admission process while harmonising rules and procedures across our market locations. With changes in reverse listings, Listing Sponsor requirements, and communication obligations, we are taking actions to enhance market quality, ensuring a safer and more reliable investment environment.   These changes not only reflect on #Euronext’s commitment to financing the real economy and supporting the growth of companies across all sizes, types, and industries, but also align with the recently adopted Listing Act, which aims to make EU capital markets more attractive and ensure a high level of protection for investors. Gaspard Bonin, Deputy Global Head of Derivatives Execution and Clearing at BNP Paribas, shares insights into the future of clearing at the 12th edition of the Euronext Annual Conference. Gaspard envisions a bright and eventful future for clearing, highlighting its efficiency in risk management, funding, and operational workflow.
