So far I've had it a week and it's great. However my only criticism is that there is no intuitive place to pause your plan for a day to take a break. I stay pretty committed, but if I just want to take a day off for any reason, I have to end my plan and restart it again. Otherwise great UI and I like the timer and the support it offers with tips and suggestions.

I've been using Fasting Tracker for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my intermittent fasting journey. The reminders for the 16-hour fasting window are incredibly helpful, and I love the encouragement it provides. The app offers great tips on managing hunger and has useful information on eating habits. Tracking weight and fasting hours is a breeze with its intuitive charts. Awesome for tracking, staying motivated, and reviewing progress. The ad-free purchase is a nice separate feature from the premium if you only want one and not the other. My only gripe is that the plans are too rigid even though you can edit them. They only function in single day periods but life doesn't work like that. If I fast from 7pm one day to 7pm the next, that's a 24-hour fast but the app won't let you build a plan with that (will not acknowledge time from day before to day after).

Hi, when editing the weekly plan, the app shows fasting hours on a daily basis to help you view total fasting time. However, it counts the fasting duration based on the end time. If you fast from 7pm one day to 7pm the next, the app will record your fasting time as 24 hours. If you still have questions, please tell us at fastingfeedback@gmail.com.
