That’s not all. In addition to notching the award show’s highest honor, the 37-year-old “Raise Your Glass” singer will perform live at the Aug 27 event. And ahead of the show, MTV will premiere the music video for Pink’s “What About Us” on Wednesday (Aug 16) at 6 p.m. EST.

For Pink, the award marks the latest in a long history of accomplishments. Over her 17-year career, the pop star has snagged three Grammys, two Billboard Music Awards and six MTV Video Music Awards, and was named Billboard‘s Woman of the Year in 2013. Beautiful Trauma, out Oct. 13, marks Pink’s first album since 2012’s The Truth About Love.

The 2017 MTV Video Music Awards will air live from The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. on Sunday, Aug 27 at 8 p.m. EST.
