Rose Bowl Hall of Fame

Rose Bowl Hall of Fame Trophy
Rose Bowl Hall of Fame Trophy

The Rose Bowl Hall of Fame honors outstanding individuals whose achievements have contributed to the success of the Rose Bowl Game®. Inductees are selected by a committee which includes representatives from the Tournament of Roses, the media and college football.

Tournament of Roses President Harold E. Coombes (1982) launched the idea to honor certain individuals who have helped make "The Granddaddy of Them All" an unparalleled feat. Those eligible for induction include players, coaches, school administrators, athletic directors, conference officials and others who have made special contributions to the Rose Bowl Game.

The Rose Bowl Room at the Tournament House in Pasadena features photographs of each Rose Bowl Hall of Fame inductee. Also on display are trophies, pictures and memorabilia dating back to the first Game in 1902.
