No new cases have been reported since the last update on 4 April. The four previously-confirmed cases in Boujdour remain the only ones in MINURSO’s area of operations. There are still no confirmed or suspected cases in the rest of Western Sahara, Tindouf city or the Saharawi refugee camps. MINURSO maintains constant liaison with the Moroccan government, POLISARIO and Algerian government to share information and coordinate action.
