No new cases have been reported in Western Sahara since 8 April. Only one of the six cases previously reported remains under medical care, in Dakhla. There are still no confirmed cases in the rest of Western Sahara, Tindouf city or the Saharawi refugee camps. MINURSO maintains constant liaison with the Moroccan government, POLISARIO and Algerian government to share information and coordinate action.
