- The stash opens for you
Remote lockbox opening is a function that will allow you to use the parcel machine simultaneously with other people. You don't have to wait and stand in line. When you are next to the vending machine, select the appropriate option in the app and the locker will open by itself. You will receive tips on the location of the cache, along with a unique traffic light system, thanks to which you can easily reach your package.
Of course, you can also pick up the parcel from the parcel machine using the pickup code or QR code.
- Map of Points shows you the way to your package
Thanks to the Waypoint Map, you will quickly find your pickup point, and the navigation option will guide you there.
- Shipment Radar tracks your package ready for pickup
We will remind you about collecting the package thanks to the Shipment Radar function.
- Thanks to notifications, you are up to date
Notifications from the Notification Center are current statuses about your packages, but also other important or useful information about the ORLEN Paczka service.
