The hotel is conveniently situated near the mall, various restaurants, and the southwest suburbs of Chicago. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Its great location made it convenient to reach key attractions. The bar at the venue was 

the room was well-kept, without a doubt, had a microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge. the personnel was professional and excellent. the location was particularly good, around 10-15 minutes walk from louis

Comfortable rooms with a sofa bed - great for lounging and sleeping. The staff was super friendly and helpful 😊, and the location was perfect, surrounded by lots of dining options. a great spot for a trip!

I would have liked a little more diversity in the hot breakfast menu - 5 days of the same fried eggs. Otherwise about the same as other facilities where I've stayed.

Enjoyed the rooms with a sofa bed - very comfy for relaxing 😊. The spot was awesome, super close to lots of restaurants, a casino, and a mall nearby.

The bed was comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean and perfect with a sofa bed. The staff members were very friendly and tremendously helpful. It was in a convenient location very close to everything. 

Location was easy to get in and out of. Breakfast was slightly above average.

The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a fairly nice area. Right by the South west suburbs of Chicago and a nice mall and restaurants. Booked a room with a sofa bed. Everywhere there was fairly clean. the Mainstay Suites Joliet 

The hotel was absolutely great and incredibly friendly. The location is particularly good, with a short walk to a convenient area. A nice mall is close by. In the evening we went to Osaka Japan, which is at a medium distance from the hotel.
