The location was easy, near train station, in the very very nice area. Even though some of the staff were not very friendly, I had a very good stay. The room was good-sized and airy, with a private 

We stayed here for just one night, but everything was great; the hotel is conveniently located near a bus station and the area around it is pleasant and cozy.

The breakfast is sensational and the staff is helpful, efficient. Its location is magnificent, near to trains as well as Exeter St Davids train station.

We both enjoyed it, the place is wonderful small and quaint and suited fine. The stuff was pleasant providing the information. The location turned out to be particularly good and perfect, short walk to also 2 taxi ranks and public transport. 

The breakfast is particularly nice and toast, bread, cereal, and fruit are excellent. The venue is placed in a central position on the Dawlish sea wall.

Our room was quite spacious and had a clean, big plus big bathroom.

This place offers a cozy stay with a wonderful location near a variety of real ales, an Indian restaurant, a kebab shop, and the downtown area.

The hotel is in a handy location. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.- The room was lovely with very clean beds.

Excellent location in a good area, very close to the main railway station, town center, and public transportation hubs making it highly convenient for exploring the surroundings.

We liked having rooms with connected private bathrooms and found the staff to be friendly; the central location here was convenient, and there was an excellent restaurant nearby.

The location of this place was fantastic, it's very close to the city center, they have a bar downstairs, and my stay here was wonderful.

The hotel's bar and restaurant were nicely decorated, and we had a delicious Indian meal there. The location was ideal, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome
