Excellent and extraordinarily friendly staff with a smile.

The location was wonderful to get back to Venice train station and the staff here was knowledgeable.

The hotel had a marvellous and unbeatable location a short walk to a grand showpiece square. The room was quiet and absolutely fantastic with the various near misses with the motorboats and venetian style and the 

It's a wonderful small hotel with marvellous location in San Marco district close to a boat stop, very close to St Mark square and a glass blowing demonstration. I enjoyed the staff, they are very, very nice.

The beds where exceptionally comfortable, the room was fairly quiet and absolutely fantastic. It had good view, I greatly enjoyed watching canal. I was there for the trip and had a very delightful stay, so I would love to return. 

Overall had comfortable stay for 2-3 nights of stay. I had compact and tidy room with character. I greatly enjoyed having very good breakfast for gluten free diet. The location was marvellous, only a short distance to a baroque church.

The location was perfect and a gondola station was close to the hotel. Enjoyed the room with a view, my bed was comfortable.

Had a delightful stay for 2-3 nights of stay. The breakfast was very very good and delicious for gluten free diet, there were fresh bread, cheese, and meats. Enjoyed that it was nearby a ferry port.

Tidy, compact units provided with a “ mini balcony ”, great view, King-sized bed.

The room was brand-new, good little and complete with a Juliet balcony, nice view, as for instance.

We liked it and would recomand the place. The hotel was quaint and the location was amazing and incredible just off the center of Venice as well as St Marks and Ferry. The staff was excellent and incredibly friendly and responsive 

Had a wonderful stay for 2-3 nights of stay, glad I've chosen it. The food was fresh and the staff were welcoming. Exceptionally comfortable bed, cheap room and compact, I enjoyed it.
