Stayed here before, and I would go back in flash. It took me 15 minutes to walk to the bus stop

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the suite, plus a terrace, a kitchenette area, and a safe. Private parking at the back of the hotel provided.

The property was well-maintained with extraordinary service-minded staff with good service, I liked the stay. The location was peaceful, not far from the garden, a restaurant and the island's center.

The breakfast was enjoyable, amazing with cakes and local food and the fruit.

Next time in Santa Ursula, I will definitely go again next time. The poolside bar is a nice plus.

Delicious breakfast — lots of meals. Spotless units with a lovely view over the ocean. Amazing and particularly good location in Santa Ursula, so close to the hotel's restaurant, town centre, and such a beautiful island. Also, convenient to shops.  

Very peaceful hotel with hard-working staff with good service, liked our staying. The location was top in the really comfortable area. We didn't feel like leaving, can't recommend highly enough.

The room was well laid out and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was varied and delicious and offered a lot of savoury food.

The rooms were spotless and panoramic and had a pleasant view right on the ocean. Had stunning and nice location in the neighbourhood. Moreover, it's really close to main restaurant as well as get a taxi to Puerto de la Cruz. 

The location of this hotel was perfect for me, as it was in a quiet neighborhood but still very central, allowing me to easily explore this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious suite that had a lovely terrace 

Its clean and the hotelrooms are spacious.

The indoor swimmingpool was adults only, so we were not able to swim with our baby, because the watertemperature of the outdoor pool was way too cold. We selected this hotel expecially for their indoor swiming pool, so it was quite a dissapointment that we were not allowed to go to the indoor-swimmingpool with our one year old baby. Booked.net did not mention this.

We stood at check in for just over an hour as they advised our children had not been reserved and we had to pay additional. There was also a problem with the spa vouchers.

Stayed in fairly quiet suite with view. The location for Santa Ursula was good and stunning, really close to such a beautiful island, restaurant and Puerto De La Cruz for that. Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Santa 

Had EXCELLENT stay on vacation and the weather was sunny. The location of the hotel was stunning, within a minute's drive from a small shopping mall and supermarkets. Minute drive from cafés and bars, it was a bonus.
