Conveniently situated next to Downtown Disney, the parks, and plenty of shops and restaurants 🏰🛍️🍽️.

It had a relatively quiet location just next door to Disneyland and restaurants, and everything, shopping, food, Entertainment.

The location was marvelous, close to the convention center and met all our needs. We were so close to Disneyland, Garden Walk, Cheesecake Factory, stores, and local conveniences.

Friendly and helpful staff always there when you need them. The hotel's location couldn't be better, just steps away from the park. 🌟

It was not clean, they did not change bed sheets every day.

The lady that worked at the front office was very helpful she was able to answer all my many questions as I had so many like ,How much to park at Disneyland? Directions to Various places.I Have to addmit was a little sceptical when I pulled 

We got excellent value for our money at Riviera Motel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our Disney vacation. The staff at the motel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. 

How close it was to the Disneyland area--2 blocks up, 2 blocks over; killer cable system

That it was a Residential Hotel--people could stay there for weeks/months at a time; no reading lights--just 3 overhead bright lights; no toilet seat lid, Kleenex, or free toiletries provided; do not even know if they provided a continental breakfast--just wanted to get out of there as soon as possble

It is a great and excellent property located in Anaheim Resort district close to ART bus line. The location is favourable and excellent, close to everything.
