The staff we met was amazingly friendly and amicable. Very central location of this good all round hotel was a bonus. There were supermarkets and a main shopping street around the venue.

Some of the staff were useless.

Fairly clean place with lovely view across to the Welsh mountains. Wonderful experience, ideal base for a short stay.

Family room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The hotel was in a marvellous and fantastic location next to restaurant and the very minimal "shop" and the grab and go breakfast cupboard for what we wanted it for.  

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, as for me everything was excellant. A decent size rooms where functional with great view over racecourse. Essentials that you need, such as 2 televisions, a living area, and a kitchen, were there. 

The location was very central, amazing very close to the city center. Plus, it was near to many pubs, restaurants and cocktail bars, lots of bars and the main shops.

The staff were genuinely helpful and kept the place reasonably clean.

Thanks very much for a really good stay for a business trip. The units were well-equipped and a nice size with view of the race course. I would book here again, the place met requirements.

We spend 3 nights in Chester really good. Everything was good, but a few employees were useless.

Great choice for weekend. Modern place to stay with superfriendly staff at check-out. Minute walk from a railway station, lovely location. Walking distance to a supermarket and a main shopping street across the street.  

It has magnificent location with bars and restaurants walking distance to the place.

The location was very central, just off shops bars, all the major attractions, and all the shops and restaurants. Also, it was placed just 1 km from Chester Cathedral.

Variety of food at the breakfast, including fruit juices, pastries and fruit.
