It's intimate and fancy hotel with secure location by the church. A lovely bar does the trick.

The hotel was impeccably clean and in a good and absolutely perfect location, the staff were very hospitable. My suite was airy, had a very comfy bed. Food was gorgeous and their restaurant was good.

Perfect stay, we were there for 1 day. That was fancy hotel set in crowded area, so close to the docks, city centre, museums, Liverpool One and Mathew Street and the centre of Liverpool.

The room is a nice size and equipped with coffee, a kettle, and WiFi. The beds are comfortable to sleep on. The staff has always been very professional and extremely helpful.

Would stay here again, if I come to Liverpool. The hotel is gorgeous, the location is wonderful, the staff at the property are pleasant.

Original and quaint hotel in the original style. Lovely food options. Nice room, very comfy bed and reasonably spacious bathroom. Excellent friendly staff, very lovely stay. Particularly good and perfect location - very close to Liverpool Town Hall. 

It's an original and unusual hotel with a good restaurant. The location is good and absolutely perfect, 5 minutes' walk to Royal Liver Building.

The hotel was reasonably spacious, and the meals were fab, I truly enjoyed the great and lovely location short walk to the docks, city centre, museums, the echo arena on the night and the main attractions.

The staff are nice, the hotel is fabulous and with fantastic location so close to all shops, restaurants and bars, the restaurant, and the cruise terminal. The rooms here are exceptional and gorgeous.
