The best place to stay! Late check out was a lifesaver. Free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle - all I need. Always coming back for the weekend.

We really enjoyed the convenience of the deluxe queen room, as well as a heating system, ironing facilities and a study table etc. The host is great. Besides, it has free parking. It deserves its 4 stars... 

We recently stayed at this place and had a lovely experience. The location is in a beautiful residential area, which made the surroundings very peaceful and serene. The service provided by the staff was excellent - they were friendly and helpful

Friendly owner, nicely decorated en-suite, coffee/tea facilities, helpful information, delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Personal B&B experience, may not suit everyone.

During my recent city break, I had a pleasant surprise with the comfortable bed and tasty breakfast provided by the B&B. The location was very convenient, as it was only a short distance away from dining options and entertainment. I appreciated 

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the breakfast spread was fantastic. I also appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location to nearby attractions and restaurants.

The room was a bit small and felt cramped at times. some of the amenities felt outdated and needed maintenance.

The Yellow House B&B offered great value for money with a large, clean and warm room. The location was peaceful and the staff treated me with warmth and helpfulness.

The only improvement that could be made to breakfast would be to have fewer items on the table.
