The venue was set in the central position so close to the city walls, Meikle gate entrance and the rd fm racecourse.

We were offered twin room complete with three single beds, milk which was replenished daily, as example. The breakfast was really tasty, included coffee and tea. The location was great down the rd fm racecourse. The staff was 

Central location close to the Railway Station as well as the town centre with fantastic bars, it was in a lovely area.

The room was modern & decent sized, came with a shower, all facilities, for example. Affable and accommodating staff who were always there to help.

Plentiful and delicious breakfast by a very pleasant waitress and with good food available.

The breakfast was very tasty and sensational with toast, toast as required plus a pot of tea, and the restaurant's offer was brilliant.

The hotel staff was a little tired.

Its location in walking distance of city centre is perfect and comfortable.

Its service was very efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious by a very pleasant waitress! Very efficient and extremely helpful staff and everything was fine. The location of the hotel was perfect, in a lovely area.  

Breakfast was gorgeous and excellent, I greatly enjoyed almost everything.

The venue's position was central.

Booked a room for a bigger bed. The hotel was in a central location near to York race course. Plus, it was near the centre and all the shops, market and restaurants and the rd fm racecourse and 

The double room is updated with kettle and three single beds. The food is outstanding and amazing. Staff is attentive and you can park your car onsite.

We were in a king room with kettle, TV plus coffee.

We lovely spend 1 night in York. The breakfast offered lots of options and was good. Its location a short walk to cafés and bars was great and lovely.

The location was excellent close to the city center.

The bathroom I had was a little small.

Adequate queen room with all the facilities and kettle. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location in beautiful surroundings, cosy base for a christmas.

Beds were a little hard.
