40 years of only eating wasabi when I go to sushi. We eat sushi about once a week. One of my favorite parts of sushi is the wasabi. Because of the other reviews here, I now understand this isn't real wasabi. That said, I also found out I've probably never had real wasabi. This is on the spicier end of what I'm used to. It's great. Do yourself a favor and get some for your home!

I just think that putting wasabi in a tube is a great way to make it available for those of us who are not able to mix up our own, for whatever reason. I think this S&B product is good although not as spicy or flavorful as the kind you mix, but it is also far less expensive, less messy, and it serves my purpose at my house. I am pleased ro recommend it.
