Eligibility and restrictions

• In order to qualify for a refund, the buyer must have maintained the domain with the current registrar at the time of purchase, and the buyer shall return the domain, including exclusive control thereof, to HugeDomains. Transferring to other registrars locks the domain for 60 days, making the domain ineligible for returns.
• The domain shall not have been used in any negative manner, such as for spam, adult website hosting, or anything that is determined reasonably problematic to the health and value of the domain.
• A buyer will be permitted one return per calendar year. In the event that HugeDomains determines that a buyer's actions have caused harm to the health and value of the domain, a refund may not be applied.
• To be eligible for a return, the domain has to be purchased on HugeDomains.com and not through a reseller.
• Domains purchased through payment plans are not eligible.
• In all reasonable cases HugeDomains will honor its return policy.
