This film is an important for many reasons. One of those reasons is the energy of truth that it releases to the masses. It isn't a theory that over 11 million UK mortgages are fraudulent. It isn't a theory that mortgagors weren't loaned anything. It isn't a theory that all mortgages are in-fact an 'exchange' and not a loan. It isn't theory that all mortgagors are paying vast interest payments on loans that do not exist. It isn't a theory that solicitors are giving 100% illegal advice and getting people to sign mortgage deeds and granting an interest in property that they did not, or do not yet own. This is illegal and therefore the mortgage charge that Land Registry registers is in-fact an illegal and void mortgage charge that must be cancelled. This is where people must start using a Land Registry form AP-1 to get these illegal mortgages cancelled immediately.
Also, the great thing is that there are now legal precedents and judgments that obligate the Chief Registrar at the Land Registry to indemnify all financial losses the mortgagor incurred, due to the fraudulent mortgage. I.e. ALL mortgage related payments are due back to you, and to repeat, the Chief Registrar is legally obligated to indemnify the mortgagor. Interestingly, by law the Chief Registrar can then claim those monies back off the conveyancing solicitor that gave illegal advice in the first place. Oh the fun...!
Mortgagors do NOT have the right to grant an interest in property they do not yet own, and the conveyancing solicitors got you to grant an interest in property you do not yet own. The solicitors advised you to carry out an illegal act! The binding authority of Scott v Southern Pacific Mortgages and others [2014] UKSC 52, established the irrefutable fact that:
a mortgagor has no rights to grant before the completion of the sale and purchase of the property concerned; hence the instruction that the deed must bear the same date as the transfer of credit to the mortgagor, in order to give the false impression that section 1(3) of the 1989 Act has been complied with. In said case, Lady Hale stated this point most plainly:
“The purchaser was not in a position either at the date of exchange of contracts or at any time up until completion of the purchase to confer equitable proprietary,” and,
“This case has been decided on the simple basis that the purchaser of land cannot create a proprietary interest in the land, which is capable of being an overriding interest, until his contract has been completed,”

It has taken a decade of emotional, psychological, and huge financial pain to the makers of this film and many others. Just by purchasing this film you are adding to the energy that is building. This film exposes the risks that we all face, paying professionals large sums of money to do the jobs they're studied years to get, while at the same time being unable to trust them to do it properly in the face of a bit of extra money, or simple complacency and lack of care. With a time bomb created big business only has to wait until opportune moment to swoop in a reap the rewards of these pay off or negligence, with only one person footing the bill... The little man, following every rule they know how to.
This was really painful to watch and I felt sorry for each of the people presented here knowing that this is a tiny cross-section of a huge subset of society that has had so much stolen, and I think that's the correct word. In turn, this only serves to damage wider society which makes this an even bigger shame on the UK. This is a compilation of injustice and the brutal medieval system we still live in where people are happy to commit atrocities "because it's my job" and "they're told by the man in the funny wig". Despite being faced with a ruleset they're obliged to follow, they flaunt their disregard and treat these people like trash, to simply be thrown out.
If you're at all interested in social injustice and a rotten system that abuses power this is a great watch. People like these are heroes and stand up for everyone in our society while most of us stand by idly, just hoping that it doesn't happen to us, because it can't... right?
So you go to work, give your energy away in the form of currency you earned through taxation for our governments to spend on things like phoney wars rather than investing in people and communities. If that was not bad enough, you find that the system of banking which we have to use to be able to buy a house (if you are lucky enough to be able to earn enough these day) is actually a deception and fraudulent. The banks did not lend anyone anything! And they took the interest payments, sold on our securitisation and insured against anybody's failure to meet payment demands. So in short, if someone runs into financial trouble and cannot keep up payments, the banks make as a minimum190% of the "mortgaged amount" and kick people out so they gain the asset also, yet took no risk whatsoever! Surprise, surprise....this system is supported by every main stream political party in the UK (no different in the EU or around the world on the most part) and bailiffs have been aided by the police in illegal possessions of properties.
Time to wise up people and to take action as handing over your power to a bunch of self and corporate serving MP's/ councillors to sort stuff out for you does not work. YOU have to do stuff for yourself. TGBMS have shown that doing it yourself makes a MASSIVE difference as it actually achieves exposure and change.
PS. And not a word about this in any of the lame stream media! Proving that we only get told what we are supposed to know.
