Q: How to connect my device to TV?
A: Just connect your mobile device to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV. The TV can be connected to the Wi-Fi router using cable or Wi-Fi. When using Wi-Fi make sure you have a strong signal on your TV, or video playback may be choppy.

Q: How to connect my device to XBOX ONE?
A: Make sure that you have "Xbox Video" and "Xbox Music" installed on your Xbox One.
Then check if "Play To" feature is turned on in Xbox One Settings. Turn "Play To" off, then back on again if needed. Note: You must quit any running games before trying to connect your Xbox One to Allcast TV.

Q: Why my TV is not detected?
A: The most common causes are the following:
- your device is not connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV; check Wi-Fi connection!
- your router is not working properly; in this case reboot your router, your device, and your TV!
- your TV/device may not be compatible or needs setup, please check your TV manual or contact support!
