Вопрос про даты в GetDividendsForeignIssuer #367

Запрашиваю сегодня в GetDividendsForeignIssuer

{
  accountId: '2171183441',
  from: 2023-02-02T00:00:00.000Z,
  to: 2023-02-03T23:59:59.999Z
}

Мне отдаёт ошибку 'to' must not be later than 2023-02-02

  message: "'to' must not be later than 2023-02-02",

  rateLimitRemaining: '4',
  rateLimitReset: '55'
}

Какие есть условия для запрашиваемой даты? Опишите в документации?

И ещё, какое количество данных на страницу для GetBrokerReportRequest и
GetDividendsForeignIssuer ?

Одинаковый объём данных на страницу или различается?

В отчётах figi на instrument_id меняться не будет?

Для GetBrokerReportRequest в figi и ticker для ВНБ приходит ISIN. Выглядит так что instrument_id нужен.

Эх если бы там приходил только ISIN ... там ещё и вот это теперь 😭
